Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Lilium Massage Therapies’ services. By booking or receiving treatment, you agree to these terms.

📝 Definitions

• “Client” means the person receiving massage services.

• “Therapist,” “I,” “me” means Lily, sole trader operating as Lilium Massage Therapies.

• “Appointment” means a scheduled treatment session.

• “treatment” means the service offered.

📅 Booking & Payment

• Appointments can be booked by contacting me through my contact page on my website, calling or texting 07942 902752 or emailing liliumtherapies@gmail.com. Clients can also contact me through Whatsapp.

• Full payment upfront is preferred prior to booking unless the client and I have agreed otherwise in writing (email, text or signed paper agreement).

• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer or Cash

💊Medical

• Clients are requested to schedule massage appointments according to their medication schedule if applicable. Any relevant medical concerns can be discussed during their consultation.

❌ Cancellation & No-Show

Sometimes things don't always go to plan, and that's ok! To ensure fairness and effectiveness for all clients, please adhere to the following policies:

📞 Scheduling Appointments

• When a client calls to schedule an appointment, please leave a message using the voicemail service. I will return their call as promptly as possible.

⏰ Cancellation Notice

• A 24-hour advance notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. If a client is unable to provide this notice, a refund will not be given.

🗓️ Same-Day Illness Cancellation

•  If a client becomes unwell on the day of their treatment—whether due to illness, COVID-19, injury, or any sudden health issue—they must let me know and I can either reschedule their appointment to another date or (if applicable) process the refund of that treatment. 

⏳ Late Arrivals

• Clients are asked to allow enough time in their journey to travel. Arriving late may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments. I will assess whether there is enough time to begin treatment based on how late they arrive.

⛔ No Show

• If a client does not turn up for their session without good reason, they will be banned from treatment in future. 

🚫 Professional Boundaries

Massage therapy is intended solely for therapeutic purposes. Regardless of gender, there is no sexual component to the treatments I provide and I do not perform 'Happy endings' . Any inappropriate insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, threat or request will lead to immediate termination of a client's session and a refusal of future bookings. The client will be charged the full treatment fee, regardless of the session's duration.

Additionally, I may need to file a report with local authorities if necessary.

🔒 Privacy & Confidentiality

• A Client's personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which covers collection, use, storage and their rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Digital data is hosted on Odoo’s EU servers. Physical records are stored in a locked, fire-resistant cabinet.

• I retain a client's data for up to 7 years, then securely delete it.

⚠️ Liability

• I hold professional indemnity, public liability and medical malpractise insurance

• I will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from pre-existing conditions a client did not disclose.

• A client will indemnify me against all claims if they provide false or incomplete information about their health.

🔄 Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version and its effective date will appear at the bottom of this page. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.

⚖️ Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.
