About Me
👋 Hi, I'm Lily!
Having completed my bachelors degree in Film Production, I found that the industry was stressful and at times overwhelming. Being based in Southampton, there were no opportunites open to me to continue my career.
Reflecting upon what I value in life, I retrained as a professional massage therapist. I had been affected by long term anxiety and stress throughout my childhood, so it's no surprise that experiencing my first massage would set me on my journey to become a massage therapist myself!
I am fully qualified and insured, based in Dibden Purlieu, Hampshire. I hold relevant qualifications which are accredited by multiple practioners and governing bodies, including VTCT and FHT.
I'm grateful to have gained experience at a salon along the Hampshire coast, mastering my techniques over time and continuing to provide effective treatment for many happy clients!
I know how important it is for the body and mind to have the time dedicated to unwind. We tend to undermine how much they do for us, so why not treat ourselves? 😊
I provide Swedish, Deep Tissue and Indian Head Massage, all of which can be adapted where neccessary to cater to your needs.
